Interface
- unit names and types are now hoverable
- many of the interface elements now show more information when hovered
- many of the interface elements can now be clicked for even more information
- added a custom cursor

Sound
- added sound effects for buttons and options menu interactions

Gameplay
- foes no longer hit by default and stop when you hit
- Ogre now gains one hit when you miss 
- Nogre now gains two hits when you deadroll
- new item rarity drop rate distribution
